WINEMAKING: Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures;
Imediately destemed grapes when inside the winery ;
Tanning fermentation steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Stage 9 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: VISUAL: Garnet red
NOSE: Notes of red plums and blackberries, spices, fresh coffee and scents of wood.
FLAVOR: Well balanced with soft and silky tannins, elegant and persistent.
