WINEMAKING: Fermentation Stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature;

                          Stage Twelve months in French oak barrels.

 

TASTING NOTES: VISUAL: Garnet red.

                               NOSE: Complex and deep wild plums with spices and hint of the wood used to mature the wine.

                               FLAVOR: Elegant and distinct, with long persistent.
