WINEMAKING: Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures at 8ºC.

                           Imediately destemed grapes when inside the winery;

                           Fermentation on less in stainless steel open vats; Low temperature fermentation

 

TASTING NOTES: VISUAL: Very light colour and clear aspect;

 

NOSE: Good aromatic intensity with fruity tones and also flower scents;

 

FLAVOR: Vibrant fresh fruits, with perceptions of pine apple and mango, mineral accent and a touch of citrus. Soft with a refreshing acidity and the finish is prolonged and persistent
